Rooms are clean and I enjoyed the view. Check-in process was chaotic and customer service felt robotic. Fun stand-up comedy show was a highlight.

The casino offers great evening entertainment, including live music and stand-up comedy. The check-in process was slow and confusing, which was a hassle. Overall, rooms were clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly but seemed overwhelmed at times.

The Silver Legacy offers a prime location with spacious rooms and a comfortable bed. The variety of dining options and gaming was enjoyable. service at check-in was lacking, and additional charges for amenities were frustrating. A more guest-friendly approach would enhance the experience significantly.

Convenience is a major plus, with everything from restaurants to shopping under one roof and easy parking access. Walking between connected casinos is a breeze, especially when taking the kids to Circus Circus. the room had issues; an irritating sneeze-inducing smell and frustratingly uncomfortable pillows. Noise from pipes rattled through the night, and marked classic car spaces were taken by non-classics without any enforcement. Directions from staff were hit or miss, but a janitor saved the day. Two requests for an extra blanket went unanswered, and the coffee pot didn’t work—definitely room for improvement.

The delux spa king suite was an absolute dream, with a walk-in shower that blew my mind! The cozy atmosphere and thoughtful amenities, like the swiveling TV and Keurig, made our stay extra special. We loved the easy access to dining options and the vibrant entertainment right at our doorstep!
Can just recommend 💖✨

During my recent stay at the Silver Legacy, I found the hotel to have both positive and negative aspects. The room itself was clean and well-maintained, which was a definite plus. The staff members were also friendly and professional, making the overall atmosphere welcoming. there were some downsides to the experience. The climate controls in the room were inadequate, as the AC didn't cool the room enough for a comfortable night's sleep. I also encountered issues with being double-charged for a room service order, which required an extra trip back to the property to get resolved. Despite these challenges, the location of the hotel is convenient, with nice restaurants and a good gambling floor. It's important to note that there were some unanticipated fees, like the resort fee, which added to the overall cost of the stay. the lack of personal service, such as valet parking and room service, was disappointing for a resort hotel experience. In terms of amenities, the room did not have a bathtub in the higher-level rooms, which may be a consideration for those who enjoy a soak. The parking garage was also open to everyone, making it harder to find suitable parking.

Great location and free parking. AC issues made the stay less comfortable.

I felt like royalty in the heart of downtown with loads to do, like watching a giant glowing crane. The buffet? I turned into a human buffet. The pool had me lounging like a starlet.
Who needs a room vacuumed when you can have confetti-covered floors and mystery hairs in the sink? .

The location is perfect for catching nearby events. The food at the on-site restaurants hits the spot and the staff is friendly enough.
Figuring out where to park felt like a scavenger hunt.

This hotel is right in the heart of Reno with a ton of great spots nearby like the National Automobile Museum just a 10-minute walk away and the beautiful Truckee River Walk only about 1 km down the road, which makes it perfect for leisurely strolls while exploring the city; plus there are plenty of restaurants and cafes like Cafe Central just a couple of minutes away, all making it easy to grab a bite after a day of adventures. The room was spacious and the bed was comfortable, although the pillows could use some improvement; but with the excellent views from the high floors and the fast elevators, you won't mind spending time here.

I struggled to sleep because there was no AC in the room, just a fan. The shower barely had any pressure, and if someone else used water, it went cold. It was a really frustrating experience overall.

The rooms are roomy and come with comfy beds. Kids loved the theme park, plus there’s a free airport shuttle.
It wasn’t cheap, but still reasonable for what you get.

The room was spacious and very clean. The bed was exceptionally comfortable, with an array of pillows to choose from. Temperature control was excellent; the A/C was powerful and kept the room cool. I appreciated the small safe, coffee machine, and fridge—though a microwave would have been a nice addition. The bathroom felt standard with one sink, and there could have been more towels for four adults. Despite the inconveniences, like a long check-in wait, the room itself made for a pleasant stay overall.

Checking in was smooth, despite the initial room being unclean. The staff swiftly upgraded us at no extra charge—commendable service. Breakfast exceeded expectations, and the range of amenities was impressive. I had issues with billing, being charged double a resort fee, which was frustrating. Housekeeping entering my room unannounced was unsettling, and the air conditioning required prompt maintenance. While the atmosphere and dining options are great, disorganization at the front desk and poor communication need attention. This could. I appreciate the effort, but the execution needs refinement. It’s a place with potential, yet inconsistencies must be addressed.

My friends and I had a blast checking out the Eldorado Resort Casino and Circus Circus Reno - the shows were lit! The Brew Brothers Brewery was off the hook, and the free circus acts were like, woah! The Sierra Mountains backdrop was Instagram-worthy, and the nightlife was bangin'!
Yo, the only thing I wish for is even more happening nightlife options for us young party animals! .

The location was fantastic, right next to the Bowling Stadium, making it convenient to enjoy the facilities without leaving. I appreciated the easy access to everything, from shops to restaurants. The self, check, in option was a time, saver, allowing me to skip the lines and head straight to my spacious spa suite.
My experience was marred by cleanliness issues in the room. The bathroom was not properly cleaned, with dirty stools, sinks, and a shower with red splatter.

the room was clean and nice with a great location.
the elevators were frustratingly slow with only one working during our stay. also, I was double charged for room service and had to drive back to resolve it.

The room was neat and clean, allowing for a peaceful sleep. Great variety of dining options, especially Brew Brothers and La Strada, connected to two other resorts. Convenient free parking available on the property.
Room cleanliness was subpar, finding leftover items from previous guests. Room not ready upon check-in, leading to a disappointing start.

Stayed at a stunning hotel connected to Eldorado and Circus Circus Reno for endless family fun like free circus shows and tasty brews at Brew Brothers Brewery. The beautiful Sierra Mountains backdrop made our getaway unforgettable with entertainment options for non-skiers. Walk to Reno's Riverwalk and arts district for a perfect day out.
My wife says that more family-friendly activities could enhance the stay.

The room was small with a very old TV and low water pressure in the shower. However, the professional staff and enjoyable casino made my stay at The Row unforgettable. I'll recommend this hotel.

Our stay at a beautiful hotel for our 38th wedding anniversary was made even more special by the friendly and helpful staff. We were pleasantly surprised with a small bottle of champagne to celebrate our milestone. The room was clean and modern, with a fantastic bathroom and comfortable bed. The check-in process was quick and efficient, thanks to the self-service machine. it was a wonderful experience.
The television options were limited, especially for non-sports and non-news lovers. The movie prices were quite high, and it would have been great to have the Hallmark channel available.

stayed at Silver Legacy Reno Resort Casino At the Row and found the room to be fresh and spotless, felt like the first ones to use it. the free parking was a plus and the lot was nicer than in neighboring properties. the common areas felt fun and safe. most of the staff were friendly and the service was speedy.
Nothing to dislike 🙂

the hotel is super clean and is right on the main drag - within walking distance of other venues like the national car museum and the reno events center. the staff at cafe central was amazing - especially our waiter tony.
